Get list of films from your Plex account

Hi,

I have a Plex account and my Plex username is POR16081993. At the moment, the harddrive which stores my films is damaged. It was linked to a folder called “Film Collection” on my Plex account.

However, I am unable to access this list of files without the harddrive. I know the actual video files would not be on the Plex without the harddrive but it is possible for Plex to give the last list of films linked to that folder on my Plex?

If the server itself is still alive you can consider using WebTools-NG to export a list of what’s stored on your server (even if the media itself is no longer accessible).

That being said… if the server itself was running on the (now dead) drive and you have no backups, you’ll be out of luck. Plex themselves have no knowledge about what media is on your server.

OK, I use my localhost on my MacBook for the Plex. I will check if I can use this WebTools-NG to export the list of films.
