How to get the list of all file names of my media files?

Hi

My NAS hadr drive is broken, so I might have to re-download all the movies again, is there a way to access Plex in my computer (C:) and retrieve all the file names that I had in the Plex media library?

Because I cannot even access my Plex server online now since NAS is gone.

Hi

I tried both “Plex-Export-master”, “ExportTools.bundle”, and “WebTools.bundle”, but non of them worked.

I guessed it’s because I am using NAS, and Plex cannot access the server since the hard drive is gone.

But the movie data should be in my C:?

Was the server installed on Windows or on the NAS?
If it ran directly on the NAS, the list of files was destroyed when the hard disk in the NAS crashed.
However if you installed the server on Windows and used the NAS simply as a media file repository, then the list should be still slumbering in the database file on your C drive.

I think it did crash with NAS…

I guess this is closure for me…
