How can I give rights to users to read films, but not to erase them?

Your users can’t delete things unless they sign into your account so not sure what you mean.
You can Add a friend to share with in the Users&Sharing settings. https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
OK. You are right. I thought they had the same options as I have. But actually not : they cannot delete anything !
