Goodbye

After over 10 years helping users with Plex issues on the forum, with last 9 years as a contractor working for Plex, it is time to say Goodbye.

It has been very enjoyable and a challenge that I really enjoyed, troubleshooting the multitude of issues and helping to get them addressed and resolved.

I see from the forum stats that I created 40,284 posts and 9,548 topics!

My first install of Plex Media Server was PlexPass release 0.9.7.28 issued in June 2013. Before that, I just had hardware media receivers, the D-Link DSM-320, DSM-320RD and the Netgear EVA9150 which were coming to end of life. I was very happy when I discovered Plex. Plex has come a long way since then and will remain to be the product of choice for me.

The 31st of March 2024 is my last day as contractor working for Plex.
My forum user will remain and I can be contacted privately if anyone has the need for any external help.

@sa2000 you have been truly awesome in these forum discussions and nothing but a professional in all my dealings with you! Your demeanor and professionalism reflected well on Plex and improved my view of its brand. I greatly appreciate all your efforts on here and it’s a total bummer to see you will no longer be around.
