GooglePhotos can do it why can't Plex?

When I upload a VOB into Google Drive they support Playing it. Why can’t Plex play VOB files?

Cause it’s a disc based format and Plex don’t support disc based formats. Don’t know why this is in the photo section?

Because my VOBs are Personal Videos and this is Photos and Personal Videos. Don’t know why Google Photos can play VOBs and Plex can’t or I suppose you are saying they just don’t.
