My Platform runs on VMWare 6.7, With NVIDIA P2000 as GPU, Running with GPU used to work
i noticed in the past 2 to 3 days (possible it started before) that i get no longer HW encoding.
Use Hardware Acceleration is selected.
What line should i search in the logs that confirm Plex uses the hardware acceleration?
Will answer to myself 
System was upgraded, New Plex require new NVIDIA Drivers,

Yes. 418.30 or above are the required drivers.
This may change again but for now 418.30 is the minimum (as of 1.17.0)
Engineering has a transcoder update in testing at this time.
