Grandular control or at least toggle for Remote Sync

We currently have the ability to toggle enable/disable sync over cellular networks, but we have no such control over wifi. It would be nice to have more granular control over sync options. We should be able to sync when our devices sees the server as “Nearby”, but disable sync when it is “Remote”. It is nice that mobile clients can still notify the server what has been watched remotely, but not everyone necessarily wants to pull transcoded media across every network to which they connect. For people with limited outbound speeds on home networks, this may also prevent unnecessary network saturation for other family members.

Same problems here. Like to configure “Sync only when nearby” on my clients.
