Green screen transcoding 7.1 audio on appletv

So I’m running a pretty old version of Plex server, I know. At this point I’m a bit hesitant to upgrade because of the sheer number of changes. But, I do probably need to start doing some incremental upgrades

I saw on Reddit that Plex has issues transcoding 7.1 audio. Since apple tv sucks and can’t handle surround tracks, I have a remote user having lots of issues with this and it causes the screen to go green? If this is resolved, can someone help me with a version number I could target?

I also have the green screen problem. I moved my media over to another larger HDD and now some of the movies play audio, but show a green screen. I went back to the old HDD and the movies play normal. Wondering if it is the way the media was moved over.
