The place where I live has a community"movie theater" room with a giant projection screen, surround sound, etc. They have a Roku hooked up for Netflix, hulu, etc and anyone is free to use it or reserve it for parties and stuff.
I would like to watch stuff from my Plex server but I don’t want to stay logged into the roku. Airplay 2 would have been an option once Roku supports it but the public WiFi is a guest Network where clients are isolated from connecting to each other and I don’t think airplay 2 world without being on the same wifi.
I would like to see an option on the setup for the TV app where it can be a temporary login that logs out after the Plex app on the TV app is closed. Adding logging in with a qr code to the mobile app would be nice, though I’d be fine entering a code like the normal login on the website each time but having the login self expire.
