I effectively use a translator, excuse the misunderstandings.

I have done tests again, to try once to find out what is happening to me.

I have installed plex media server on another computer that I have in storage, Ram i7 3770 / 8Gb without GPU. And it reproduces the files without problems, even being in the basement of the house and broadcasting over Wi-Fi.

Then I deduce that an i7 is necessary if or if to play 4k files.

I think the plex pass doesn’t help me at all … :(.

Since I wasn’t on 1.16.5, I wanted to verify Plex was still detecting HW transcoding before commenting. I played various bitrate Jellyfish HEVC test files in a browser to force a Transcode and all worked as expected.

I also use an older i3 which doesn’t have a problem keeping up so the problem would seem to be with the build, either the network driver, storage, memory or possibly the power settings. It could also be throttling because of heat. If you have a Realtek network adapter I would get the driver straight from them.

While I see audio conversion taking place your i3 should be capable of performing that task without buffering.

First of all thank you very much for taking so much trouble to find out my case.

I had not thought about a possible problem of the equipment, I have mounted it recently. I will format and reinstall everything from 0.

I will put results when I finish.

It has been formatting and reinstalling everything from 0 and everything works perfectly … !!

I’ve been thinking about the case for weeks, I’ve tried everything, and it was as simple as formatting and installing from 0.

The PCs with i7, reproduce by brute force, I have nothing left to think about … In the end everything has been perfect, and I can enjoy my library in 4K with the TV … !!
