When transcoding with hardware video appears blank but audio plays tested with x264 and x265 videos happens on both tested on iPad Pro 2020 and safari browser shows on Plex dex as hw when hardware disabled video transcode fine
Please reproduce with one of those videos and provide the server logs. Also provide the xml for the video you used.

You don’t have debug logging enabled for your server so your logs don’t have the correct information I need to see. Please enable that and play the file again.
Edit - Also provide me the ios logs from your iPad.

Not quite. You also turned on verbose logging, which I do not want. Only debug, please.
