I bought today a Plex Pass for the main reason being Hardware Transcoding. I turned it on in settings but since then my videos look like this.
Could somebody tell me if I missed a setting of some sort? I already restarted the Synology and the PMS.

However I have Putty for other things but didn’t know you can use it for syno. Do I need to install something on my syno to have it work with SSH? Or do I need something else in order to send that command
Putty provides ssh capability as stated above.
I tried this and it doesn’t do the trick for me. What did was making af new encode of the source file and tell handbrake to overwrite the one that caused problems. The “new” ones play flawlessly although they have the same audio and video settings as the old ones which previously worked…
