Hardware Transcoding on only one stream?

Player Version#: Synclounge (latest)

I’m noticing that my server doesn’t appear to be hardware transcoding past the first stream. I’m using an Nvidia GT710 on Linux. I do have Plex Pass as well.

Somewhere out on the internet is how to address the Nvidia limits.
I’ve seen it referenced here but do not know details.
