I have Plex Pass(lifetime)

Given all the above, i expect the transcoding flag to be enabled, though when i visit to the transcoding tab through the webclient it isn’t available. Is there a remedy for this? Seems like there is a x64/amd64 check that prevents this. Is there a change in configurations i can make to enable this, or is this just a limitation of the system.

still having this issue pinging, to see if i can get traction on this.
