I’ve been trying use a profile for my with my Sony SMP-N100 without success. If you’ve been able to us a Sony profile, how have you done it?
The big question is going to be where are you placing this profile?
If you’re placing it with the system profiles included with the server, that is the wrong place. You need to place them in a profiles directory you create along side your logs folder. According to the support article your logs are located at ~/Library/logs which would mean you need to place the custom profile in ~/Library/profiles
If the profile is in that location, is it being read by the server during DLNA startup? You should see a line in the DLNA log stating that a user profile is being read.
Could you give me the url to your info?
Mac Plex logs are in the Log folder, but they are in the open, not in a Plex folder

I am not sure what you want here. If you want to send me your log you can do it via message on the forums.
If you’re just trying to look for the log entries they should look like this at the top of your Plex DLNA server.log file:
Dec 07, 2015 09:04:20 [0x7f4db5809840] DEBUG - Reading system DLNA client profiles
Dec 07, 2015 09:04:20 [0x7f4db5809840] DEBUG - Overriding PlayStation 3 profile with user client profile
Dec 07, 2015 09:04:20 [0x7f4db5809840] DEBUG - Reading user client profile LGWebOS

The information I gave you is from the Support Article about logs:
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200250417-Plex-Media-Server-Log-Files
As far as I know the Library folder should be Plex’s folder and it is created under the user that is running Plex’s home folder.
@nickm11 - Did you manage to get it working? I found a profile for my Medion internet radio. I just don’t know where to put it.
