Hash sum mismatch error

Hi everyone,

This morning I see on my PMS an update. But when I want to upgrade this error appears :

So I have re-add the apt-key with follow this article :

and with this command : sudo curl https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-keys/PlexSign.key | sudo apt-key add -

But that problem is still here so I have remove all file in the folder /var/lib/apt/lists/ with this command : sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*

My serveur run in Debian 9.3 and is up to date !

My server run on Debian Jessie 9.3 too.

Which version are you download please? I am looking at 1.11.3.4803 and finding different results.
I am working with the team now to find out why this is happening.

Hello,

Right now, I have the version 1.10.1.4602.
And, Plex told me there is a new version (1.11.3.4803). So, I guess the v. 1.11.3.4803 is the one I tried to download with apt-get.

Please check again. PMS 1.11.3 should also be available to you in Public.

If you are not seeing it, please capture the screen shot and let me know?

Glad it’s ok for you.

There seems to be a regional problem. Some report failure. I too am seeing 1.10.1 / hash failure.

I’m having the same issue trying to download version 1.16.0.1226 as well from the repository. Is this something on plex’s end or do I need a different key than the one on article link?

I have reported this.

Please do go to any other thread as they are more current and with the new repositories.
This should have been closed when we moved to 1.15.0.
