HDR content no longer playing on TCL TV (nVidia Shield)

None of my HDR content are playing in HDR. Normally I’d receive the HDR notification at the top right hand corner of my TV but that’s no longer showing up.

A few months back I was able to play Ratatouille in HDR and the colors were great. I did a test play today and looked at the playback settings - 4k (HEVC Main 10 HDR) Direct Play, yet the content played was not in HDR.

Help please!
