Someone took over my account and changed my email to their email. I have no idea how it happened but now I can’t get access to my original account. Please help someone!
When I tried to click on the link in the recovery email it said its Expired.

Which account you are talking about as changing your account password need you mail account access.
If some one hacked or guessed password while logging in suspecius activity mail will get triggered. You would have missed it.
if the user’s have both plex sign up account and mail account. I doubt until you get your google account back plex recovery may be on need to flagged .
They have changed the email and password on the account (I guess they somehow got mine and then changed both so now I cannot change either)
I did get the email saying that it had been changed but when I cllicked the link saying it wasnt me it says the link is expired.
I don’t know what to do 
I still dont get which account. Plex or mail you used to signup.
If plex then write a mail to support with plex welcome mail or if plex pass maill as proof.

Do you hold pass. First turn of server you tagged into account so they dont have access to your files. Let the support team investigate.
Yeah I have lilfetime pass and have turned off the server
Refer the payment mail to the support to get quicker response.
