Help! Cannot resume playback

HI,
I’m currently using IOS Plex apps v4.24.1 and apple tv plex apps for streaming from plex media server Version 1.11.3.4793 installed on my DS116 Synology. When I pause and try to resume the video, the video cannot be loaded when the subtitle is ON. Strangely, when the subtitle is OFF, I can instantly load the video. This problem does not happen during watching the video on the web. Any tips how to fix this issue?

Hopefully, plex can help me to solve this issue. Playback after pause has problem will all video files
