I am trying to set up the media folders, have gone through to the help section andit tells me to use the + however, it isn’t there?
Could you please share some more details on your setup (e.g. have you setup your Plex server on a WD MyCloud).
What are the steps you did to add the folders / where did you look for that function but didn’t find it?

I have the latest down load but it just keeps saying that i need to download the Plex Media server yet i have done this.
