I am having trouble deleting a movie from plex. Ive tried everything I can think of and all suggestions in the FAQ. Please help.

I’m not sure what you tried but there’s basically 2 ways to delete content from Plex.
1 - have the media deletion setting enabled in PMS, call up the info for the movie, click the delete button next to the file name
or
2 - delete the file itself from your drive, update the library containing that item, empty the trash if it’s not set to manually run
