HELP! - Lost all my configuration Information

Server Version#: 3.69.1
Player Version#: Not sure
When I rebooted my windows box with Plex on it. I lost all my information that I configured over my months. I suspect I might have accidentally done it, but not sure. All my information movies, pictures, etc is stored on the NAS. I wanted all my configuration information stored there too. I changed the path where local application data is stored to a location on the NAS (\NAS\directory). Everything appeared to work find it wrote a number of directories there.

However, after reboot my system came up like I never did anything to it. All libraries and DVR, everything is gone. I copied the directories from the NAS to C:\Users\HomeMediaServer\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases, but still not luck. I really don’t want to rebuild from ground up took a long time to get to where I am.

If anybody can offer and help or guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.

Big mistake. Never, ever move the Plex data folder onto a network share. It will almost inevitably result in data loss.

Do you perhaps have several Windows user accounts on this Windows machine?
If so, you must of course log into the user account under which the plex server was created.

This contains only the main database file, but not all the pictures and video preview thumbnails etc. The whole folder C:\Users\HomeMediaServer\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server would be necessary.
