Help PLEX Arcade gaming - Control Keys (Insert Coin and quit games)

Hello…

I am currently trying the new PLEX Arcade gaming. Please help with below.

My Server is MAC
My Player is Shield
My controller is XBOX One Controller (Bluetooth)

Issue:

  1. In Arcade games (e.g: Asteroids) it’s stuck at Insert Coin and none the controller keys are making it start. Help is appreciated.
  2. Once in other games, what key should I use to exit from the game and come back to the PLEX menu? For now I need to force quit the App all the time.

I can’t start any of the games either with my AppleTV remote or my Nimbus+ controller which is not one of the two Plex-approved controllers. I wrote to SteelSeries who make Nimbus and here’s what they said: “The Nimbus+ uses the MFI controller standard from Apple, which is slightly different than a standard Bluetooth/USB controller. You may need to check with the app developers (Plex) to see if there’s any specific steps that need to be done to get the controller working with their app.” This controller works fine with Apple Arcade on AppleTV, BTW. Or do I need to buy a pair of Sony DualShock 4s? Like AliveKiller I can’t start any Plex Games. Thanks! Snazz.
