Sorry, but I can’t tell what’s going on with your log. Everything looks normal. Can you give me a hint when the stuttering was happening so I know where to look?
It’s pretty much random! Happens more when the subtitles are switched on so that might be a start…
I’m away till Sunday so can try and do a timed log when back unless someone else is able to sort that!
I ran a film this morning - Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and start with a stop watch!
47sec
51sec
1m 25s
1m 35s
1m 37s
1m 45s
1m 59s
2m 20s
Anything else, please let me know.

We watched a HD film last night and in total there were just 3 skips in the two hours…so minor no one else noticed so maybe theres been a update we’re unaware of? Not perfect but a million times better…was just lovely watching with full 5.1 with no muddy sound!
When I get 5 mins today, will test with a film I know skips a lot…deadpool, and see how that fairs.
Fingers crossed it’s better!
Still skipping…doh!
Haha. By hint, I meant where/when in your log I should be looking. If you can recreate the problem (with new logs) and note approximately when a few of the skips occur so i can see it in the log, that would be great.
Please see post from the 10 October
But your log is not from the 10th. I need the times that match the logs.
Oh…thought I had left it logging all the time! Will rerun shortly
If you are talking about Network logging, I don’t have access to that, only the devs do. Plus, network logging only runs for 20 minutes at a time.
Do you my server logs?
Not at this time, but you can upload it too, in case I need it later.
Was there ever a resolution to this? I have been having the same issues myself for a while.
Still on going, there is a second forum post which is running:
