Help - UnRAID Docker - PMS going unresponsive. A restart corrects the issue

What and how can I access the logs to post. Where should I start looking? I would like to get to the bottom of this cause its repetitive. I have to bounce(restart) my docker container every 8 hours or so for plex to work. Where should I start looking?
