Have issues with Plex crashing and becoming unresponsive

Running Plex in a docker on unRAID 6.9 last three nights have had issues where Plex has become unreponsive and crashed for remote users. Have had to restart the docker 2-4 times and then it settles down and is fine. Nothing in the unRAID logs or Plex docker logs indicate any issues.

From reading enough of the forum I’ve learned that someone will come along and ask you to turn on debug logging and then upload your logs.
