Help with transcoding issue (I believe)

First time poster here, so forgive my ignorance if this is the wrong board on the forums. I’m having an issue with Plex Media Server. I’ve Google’d this thing for as long as I can with no resolution. Here is the background:

Machine running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS latest rev
Running Plex via Docker container
Intel i7 processor with a passmark score of 8000+
Apple TV 4K (latest model)

The specfiic problem comes down to two things: the first is it appears to be buffering at the beginning of an episode but never stops playing; and it also has buffering issues in every episode I try to play. I have it set to playback the original quality on the Apple TV, and I have it set to Direct play the quality from the server. It still appears to be transcoding, though. The problem could be elsewhere, but this is my best guess. Plex Transcoder Statistics.log (810.2 KB)

Please see the log attached for any advice you could give, and I appreciate your help.

When you post logs, Post the entire ZIP file you receive please.
Transcoder statistics logs are rarely of help.

In your case, the normal Plex Media Server log, showing what PMS decided, will show what happened .

I will add, while many think Docker is an easy answer, in Linux, on Ubuntu, Fedora, Centos, or Debian, you’re always better off with the native app. Further, you have immediate access to HW transcoding (afforded you by your PlexPass)

I cannot help with Docker but can very readily help with normal native-Linux package.

Thanks. I’ll attach the full zip in the future. I figured out my issue. Thanks though!
