A simple check box so as each new version i don’t have to !@#$ing disable the latest crap-ware added? Is that too much to ask to have settings stay as they were before update it it? No I don’t care what streaming (steaming?) crap is newly available no i don’t want it integrated, it’s good that some might find useful but at least give people an option to pre-disable useless unwanted features rather than the “Oh look what we have here now!1!”. I think we can all read the patch notes and decide to turn on, rather than turn off crap-ware. 1st it was NVIDIA Shield garbage live TV advertising getting baked in unless you disabled most of the system apps and features on behalf of google trashTV partnerships, now Plex is following down a similar path again via drip-feed. I would rather not have to unpin and have most of these so-called features as Add-On Plug-In to grab IF the end user wants or needs then have them forced in to the system.
Your suggestion is more of a rant… so I’m not sure I caught the actual suggestion right.
From what I understood, this is mostly in line with what other users are currently discussing in another feature suggestion.
If so, please comment/vote in that thread and let’s close this one as a duplicate to avoid distracting/dispersing attention. That is obviously unless I’m completely missing some unique aspect of your suggestion…
