Hi,
I have a bunch of UHD TV recordings that are HEVC+EAC3 in a TS container.
Currently these are not supported in Plex natively.
Is support for this format combination planned?

Thank you for the reply.
The files in question do not show up in any client (LG webOS, browser, Android)
I do not believe they are being indexed by the server. If they are, how would I go about accessing them with the client?
Indexing files, in the same folder, has not been an issue. Other file formats located in the same, and other, folders index without a problem.
The only format that does not show up at all is transport stream containers with HEVC video inside them.
The files in questions are TV shows. The naming structure is done as Show Name\Show Name SXXEXX.ts
1080i H264 recordings in a TS container work without issues.
HEVC in an MKV container is also picked up from a BluRay source.
The TS files that are not being recognized have been recorded from FTA 4K TV and cut with TS Doctor. The files play without issues in other media players.
Here is a mediainfo of a file that is not indexed: https://pastebin.com/dWmHb2pm
Thank you for your input.
Both files I cut play in MPC-BE with LAV and Kodi. There is no denying there is a problem, however.
File Station is complaining that “the administrators group already has access, rules will not be applied”. I’ll try to look at editing permissions via SSH later.
I will remove and reinstall Plex freshly and see what happens.
Thank you very much for your time and effort. At least we have established that the problem is at my end.
