Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319 running on Synology NAS
I have certain movies in a movie library that Plex is not recognizing. It’s HEVC in x265. I can play it fine in VLC, etc. I believe the folder and file are both named properly. I tried Plex Dance but it did not help. I’m stumped and will appreciate any help in troubleshooting.
