HEVC MP4 video direct play doesn't show subtitles

Hi! When direct playing HEVC MP4 video with SRT/any subtitles, the subtitles don’t appear unless I play on the web player and transcode the video (assume it burns in subs at this point). This also happens on the Linux plex flatpak and the iOS plex app. Attached a screenshot of all the info about the media being played. I’ve also experienced the same issues on other similar media so it isn’t just a problem with this one.

Any info on whether this is a known bug i’d appreciate so I can track it

I have the same issue with version 1.103.1.238-223cbba6 on Windows. Same subtitles work on Android
