When I try and play HEVC files from my Plex server on my 40 inch Samsung TV (using the Samsung Plex TV app) playback is green screen and audio only. However, the same HEVC file WILL play on my 22 inch Samsung TV? I have checked the playback settings on both TV apps and they are the same. The 40 inch TV is the newer of the two .
I have seen this is an issue, there are a lot of unanswered questions with the same issue - hope this will be answered?
Can anybody help, it’s driving me nuts?
