I don’t know what’s going on … I can’t seem to get what seems to be HEVC files to play on Plex yet they were working before.
I’ve tried various transcoder settings but I’m stuck on this one.
Any idea what I could check or try? I’ll attach logs for some help.

If it helps, the films i was trying to test/play were WALL-E and Extraction.
One thing I should add: These are movies that were recently upgraded (I had a terrible copy and replaced it with something else).
Not sure what the best bet here is other than to remove the whole library but with nearly 4000 files in it, that doesn’t seem like the best thing to do. 
First thing I would try is the Analyze command (do this in Plex Web):
If that doesn’t do it, try the Plex Dance.
Side note: Although the server/player version numbers probably aren’t relevant in this case, “Latest” isn’t very helpful. For one thing, we don’t know if you’re using the Beta or Public update channel. Better to actually provide the versions, easily available in Settings.

It’s late and I thought I’d slide by without (oof).
That said, versions:
Samsung-Client: 5.58.3
Plex Web: 4.100.1
Plex Server: 1.32.0.6918
I did the Plex dance and still having same issue. Analyze didn’t seem to help either … can’t get the file to play whether on web or Samsung.
Specifically, the error is: An unexpected playback problem occurred.
I did confirm that the file itself is playable by playing it directly on my PC using VLC and the included codec in the K-Lite Codec Pack (whichever one it is).
I attached the latest logs after this round of trials.

At no point does the TV ‘GET’ the transcoded buffers for playback.
I see the same thing happening again for Plex/web
Q: What happens when you play something without subtitles in it?
