i occasionally have problems reaching my server so I setup another server and set it to actively synchronize with server 1 so that if server 1 goes down for any reason, I can still stream my media from the other server. It works, but it requires me to switch to the corresponding media file on the other server and then scrub to the same time of the movie I was watching.
It would be awesome if there was an option to setup the 2 servers to work as a High Availability server with built in synchronization of not only the media files but also the metadata, the watched and unwatched media and so on! whether the servers are on the same network or a separate (2 different physical locations of the servers would be ideal!, but even if that was just a long term goal that would be fine with me!)
