I have recently been unable to load the Home Dashboard when I log into the Plex server. It started out sporadically, but now happens every time and won’t load no matter how many times I refresh. It started after updating the server and happens on every web browser and every computer I try. Everything else works fine.
What’s the details of your Plex Server? What’s the web address you’re using to access your server on the browsers? Also have you tried with the Plex Media Player (free download from plex.tv)?
I have my server set up on a Mac Mini. I get the same message whether I access the direct ip address or using plex.tv on every browser I’ve tried. I do not have the player but will try that.
Just downloaded the Plex Player and get the same message.
Is your media on the Mac mini, NAS, etc? Have you tried restarting the Plex server and Mac mini to see if it helps? What kind of network connection are you using? Have static ip and port forwarding setup?
Im using a Mac Mini. I have tried resetting it and just did the update with no change. I have Remote Access set up with port forwarding.
