Since updating to the newest version for plex pass users, I have not been able to access the server via the website (192.168.1.52:32400/web, that is my local server IP) or via any app on my iPhone, iPad, or AppleTV (all devices are on the same home network connected via WiFi, or ethernet as in the case of the server itself)
I have checked the firewall, the port for plex is open, I have checked to make sure there is plenty of space on the local hard drive, I have checked that the plexmediaservice is running.
When I browse to the local plex link (192.168.1.52/32400/web) I am allowed to log in, and I can see the plex servers that are shared via my friends, but I cannot see my own server, nor is there a way for me to claim an available server.
I am happy to provide logs if requested.
