Today I installated last version of Plex Server, Windows version. Plex doesn’t remember last location in movies when you exit the movie temporarley. Anyone else problem with this?

I do not see that problem. It could be client specific I am using Rokus and a Raspberry PI running PMP. What client are you using?
Plex Home Theater
Resume play in Home Theater is not working anymore. When I use Plex Media Player it does work.
Plex Inc have changed the way the server version is now validated which will cause issues with PHT (which will never be fixed).
We have identified the issue and a will provide a release of OpenPHT as soon as possible to rectify this.
Other issues with this change are visibility of Playlists and some remote functions with Plex Companion.
Would suggest that you switch to OpenPHT https://forums.plex.tv/categories/openpht
