How can I make Sort Title identical to Title?

How can I configure Plex to make the sort title identical to the title. I do not want “A” and “The” removed. Thanks.

  1. shut down plex server
  2. download this zip full_sort_titles.zip (334 Bytes) , extract its content and make a double click on it, confirm that you want to allow it to make a modification of the Registry
  3. start plex server
  4. the change will only affect newly added items
