How can I redo all posters in the library?

Currently I have a mixture of posters and scene snapshots display for my media.

I would like to update the library agents and rerun for all media.

I have tried to refresh the metadata for the library and I end up with the same images.

What options do I have to fix this?

Or remove the whole library and re-create it fresh.
