How do I associate my PayPal with my Plex account?

How do I associate my PayPal Plex Pass subscription with an account on my server?
I signed up while logged out on a public machine. I didn’t keep details of the account created by Plex for the payment.
I have contacted Plex Paypal but no response.

You should have some e-mail trail / confirmation from when you created that Plex Pass under a separate/new(?) Plex account.

I don’t think you can transfer a Plex Pass from one account to another — but you should be able to sign into your server with the new account (making it the owner of your server).
That being said… You’ll need access to that account. If you have any hints on the new account, https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=billing-issues#p-contact is probably your best shot to deal with this.

I never got any confirmation email from Plex as expected. I only got a receipt from PayPal which I sent to Plex. I saw a confirmation message from Plex but I ignored it because I was expecting to receive a reference email. Hopefully Plex responds.

AFAIK, Plex didn’t accept Paypal, so not sure what you bought. If you bought a Plex Pass from some 3rd party, might want to try getting your money back.

Plex now officially supports PayPal but only in some countries, including mine, the US.
The issue can’t be solved without the intervention of Plex. And apparently, the Plex Pass can’t be transferred, even by Plex, to another of your accounts.
I ended up cancelling my payment and deleting the account that Plex created for me upon payment. I made a new payment, making sure I was signed into my admin account. Plex offered to refund my previous payment.
All this can be avoided by making sure you have logged into the right account before payment.
Since paying afresh, I haven’t had any problem.
