I’m trying out Plex for the first time in ages and I’ve forgotten anything I may once have known. I have a bunch of videos that don’t really fit into categories. I’ve got them divided into folders. How do I change the vanilla folder icon into a picture? I saw a post about edit but edit doesn’t seem to be an option or I’m just completely missing it.
If you’re viewing the library in Folder View mode, there is no editing of the thumbnails in this case.
Thanks so very much for the quick response. I’m surprised that isn’t a more common question. I’ll put it in the feature request. I appreciate your help. I’ve got plenty to learn about plex. I just tried the media player version and it works great. I couldn’t find TV mode on the other.
I think there is already a request for this.

while I understand and can agree that folder view has it’s uses, plex is designed primarily to be viewed normally via the non-folder views.
