How do I configure automatic subtitles for managed users?

Hi Guys,
I have recently started to play with managed users and although my settings are:

Automatically select audio and subtitle tracks: checked
Prefer audio tracks in: English
Subtitle mode: Always enabled
Prefer subtitles in: Português (Brasil)

And my main user does see the subtitles selected by default (they are correctly named so Plex knows which language they are).

When I switch to my managed user, all the movies and TV shows come up with no subtitles by default. Is this is a bug? Having to manually select the subtitle for each movie or show episode every time I want to watch something can’t be right. Am I missing something?

Any help is appreciated.

The above settings are individual for every user.
Switch to ‘become’ your managed user in the web app

then in the same menu click on ‘Account’ and make the desired selections under
‘Audio & Subtitle settings’
(don’t forget to fill the checkbox at the top)

(‘Regular’ plex users (i.e. ‘Friends’) make their own selections in the properties of their plex accounts directly on https://plex.tv/users/profile )
