Hello, I have a managed user called Visitor. All my movies have subtitles and are on by default. On user Visitor I have to enable the one by one on every movie! Is there something I miss or a bug? Thanks
Managed Users have no language preferences, yet.
This is an existing feature request.
As of now, there is only the workaround to use
to set the preferences in the database directly.
Maybe I didn’t explain well my issue. I want to enable the subtitles on my managed user by default. Now I have to do it on every movie. There are no settings on client for doing this either for master user. On server side there is a setting to always show the subs and is enabled. This setting apply only for master user or for all users?

Yes. That is what the tool will do (among other things). There is no other way currently.

This only applies to the server owner. It is a mirror of this page in the plex account: https://plex.tv/users/profile
Ok thanks, I’ll give a try to the tool
