how do I configure plex media player to fit to width rather than to height

I have a video file that is encoded in 1920x800, I assume to save space not encoding black bars. The video plays as expected in Windows 10 movie player with black bars added to the top and bottom. Plex Media Player will zoom to fit the video height to the screen and cut off the sides of the video.

Is there a way to configure PMP to fit to width and add black bars to the top and bottom?

I didnt see the “video aspect” because it was below the bottom edge of the Settings UI window and I guess I didn’t notice the scroll bar.
