I got Plex Pass exclusively for this this feature, I also signed up for the unlimited Amazon cloud so I could stream my media anywhere and not have to have a computer on all the time to host the server. My account is properly linked and everything. When I try to sync anything to the cloud it will convert the file then I can find it under the cloud sync tab with all my movies and tv shows that I selected to upload. The problem is that it wont actually upload, it says on the status when I click on it that it is waiting to upload. It has been in this state for several days with no change. I don’t know how to force it to upload and I don’t know what it is ‘waiting’ for. Please can anyone help me resolve this issue?
I am having this problem as well. Anyone know a solution?
