I have synced my Google Drive account to use with Cloud Sync, but when I select an episode of something to sync with Google Drive it becomes stuck on “Waiting to Upload”.
This feature was the main reason I purchased a Plex Pass subscription, and I can see that many other people have this issue and yet it has still not been fixed. Can someone take a look at this issue?
I’m a Plex Pass user since last week. I also have same problems with cloud sync. my files are stuck in “waiting to be uploaded”. Only when i use a Google Drive Account. I tried with 3 different account.
I have reinstalled my plex server in windows, i tried reauthorising my accounts, even unlink and relink again, but nothing works.
i tried upload video, photos and music. none of the files has been uploaded
the only error that appears in the logs is: ERROR - CloudSync: Error 404 requesting XML from http://127.0.0.1:32400/sync/
In the cloud sync settings, the configuration options don`t change. I configure “leave 20% of total space free” and save that option. when i refresh the web, this configuration disappears
I’m also having the same problem. I authorized dropbox and google cloud services, select a small video to sync. I watch it create the optimized version and then just sit there with the ‘waiting to upload video.’
I tried reauthorizing both dropbox and google. I made sure the disk limits on both are ‘no limit’ and both dropbox and google are basically empty with plenty of space. I do see were there are folders that were created in both services named plex cloud sync or something like that - but they’re empty and the files are just sitting on my PC ‘waiting to upload’
I am running the latest plex media server version for windows and have a lifetime plex pass.
