how do I get rid of the “tranding” crap on my home screen and get back the old experience which showed me what I was watching and can continue to watch?
the new experience is useless and a waste of time
Have you marked any of your libraries as favorites yet? If you haven’t:
- Long-press (~1.5 seconds) the Libraries icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
- From the menu which appears, click “See All Libraries.”
- Tap the heart icon to the right of the desired libraries; they will fill in to become solid by it might take a couple of seconds.
- Tap Home to return to the home screen.
The Continue Watching hub should appear at the top of the screen, populated by the libraries you selected. Hubs from those libraries should be visible on the home screen as well. Also, there should be a small hub beneath Continue Watching showing your favorite libraries.
If you’ve already favorited some libraries and you’re not seeing the CW hub, and you have stuff you’re currently watching, that would be a problem.
