How do I get support for Plex (I am a paid subscriber)

I need help but have no idea what the support email is (if indeed there is one) or which of these many forums I should post my questions in. I have spent ages looking but couldn’t find any forum called “Support”.

My questions concern Chromecast/Plex server and video settings.

I agree to that point. Plex isn‘t offering real support. Plex earns money for Plex Pass but does not offer a real support site and/or bug tracking.

@shiningmonk - These forums ARE the Plex support system. You are not paying for support, you are paying to be a beta tester.
(From the FAQ on what a Plex Pass is:
Early Access to new Plex features.
Access to preview release versions of the Plex Media Server and other Apps before they’re released generally.
Access to dedicated Plex Pass forums where you can ask the Plex Ninjas questions as well as vote up new feature requests.

And at the bottom it says -
A way to show your direct support for Plex.

A Plex Pass is a way for YOU to support Plex, not for Plex to give you any support.

Not knowing the nature of your issue there are several places you can post.
Here is a good one for general questions.

For Plex server ones you would post in the sub forum for your server OS.

Try and be as specific as possible. Give as many details as possible.
Do not just say “I am on the latest version of [insert Plex product name here]”, give specific versions.
Explain your network setup.
Most of all, be patient. It could take quite a while for you to get any answers.
