How do you get support from Plex??? I have asked several questions regarding issue I have had in the past and I have never had a response from Plex them selves. I have been a Plex pass subscriber for some time now, supporting you with your development, yet I get no support back from Plex. Surly as paying customers we should get some sort of support?
Thats one reason why i never bought into the whole premium plex membership. I realized that dont really have support model in place
I agree we should, however it is worth noting that “support” is not mentioned anywhere as a perk/feature of becoming a PlexPass member. You treat it as a donation that gives you access to beta versions and a couple features. That’s it.
Nowhere in the Plex Pass benefits did it state you get support from Plex directly. Support is the community forums here. You provide detailed questions with adequate information, be prepared to provide logs and usually people try to help.
We try to help all users, Plex Pass or not. We’re a small group so we may not see all posts. Also, some users that help out are very knowledgeable even more so in some aspects than us staffers, so don’t be discouraged just because it’s not an Plex Employee responding.
If you haven’t gotten a response after some time, bump your thread. Things somethings get lost in the jungle of comments.
Funny this is the only question I have had feed back on from Plex staff.
