How do i get support...?

Hi All,

Is there anywhere i can get proper support with an issue i am having? I posted on the forum’s at the end of April and haven’t had a single response… :frowning:

The forums are the only place to get support.

It helps a lot if you include details of your setup, steps to recreate the problem and logs produced right after the problem happens.

Without those at a minimum it is unlikely that anyone can help and even more unlikely that anyone from Plex will veen respond.
